Terms & Conditions

§ 1 scope, customer information

The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between WEIGLA eK www.weigla.de or www.glaeser-laser-fraeser.de and consumers who purchase goods through our shop. The contractual language is German.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

  1. The offers on the Internet are a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.
  2. By entering your data and clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also submit a binding order by phone or fax.
  3. The confirmation of receipt, which will be sent promptly by email or fax, simultaneously declares acceptance of your offer and thus concludes the purchase contract. When ordering by telephone, the purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer immediately. If the offer is not accepted immediately, you are no longer bound by it.

§ 3 customer information: storage of your order data

Your order with details of the contract (eg type of product, price, etc.) will be stored by us. We will send you the terms and conditions, but you can also access the terms and conditions after conclusion of the contract at any time via our website.
As a registered customer, you can access your past orders via the customer login area (My Account).

§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice

You can correct your entries at any time by submitting the order. We will inform you about further corrective options on the way through the ordering process. You can also complete the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.

§ 5 Retention of title

The purchase remains our property until full payment.

§ 6 Limitation of your warranty claims

Your claims for defects in used goods expire one year after the delivery of the sold item to you. Excluded from this provision are claims for damages, claims for defects that we fraudulently concealed, and claims arising from a guarantee we have provided regarding the quality of the item. The statutory limitation periods apply to these excluded claims.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability

We exclude the liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty, as far as they do not concern essential contractual obligations, damages from the injury of the life, the body or the health, guarantees or claims according to the product liability law. The same applies to breaches of duty by our vicarious agents and our legal representatives. One of the essential contractual obligations is in particular the obligation to hand over the matter to you and to give you the ownership of it. Furthermore, we have to procure the matter free of material and legal defects.
