The company WEIGLA eK was founded in 2002 by the owner, Mr. Günter Gläser. Our goal was to Candle arches / light arches to recreate it in the old tradition and thus combine decades of tradition with our craftsmanship.

Our new developments can be used year-round to decorate companies, trade fair and exhibition spaces, hotels, restaurants, bars, and even your private home. Upon request, we can also create a unique piece of your choice. Whether for a large or medium-sized business, a trade, or a commercial enterprise—these gems will be your "eye-catcher"! Since 2012, our developers, led by Mr. Weinhold and Mr. Gläser, have created entirely new creations using a novel combination of wood and acrylic glass, which initially delighted us—and subsequently, our first customers. This provides our customers with a presentation that is always timeless and elegant, yet completely innovative in its implementation.

Our company, WEIGLA eK, is located in Deutschneudorf, in the heart of the Ore Mountains. Candle arches and candle arches are inherently seasonal—especially during the Christmas season. Therefore, as part of our overall concept, we decided to expand into other areas based on our experience in candle arch and candle arch production and to use our expertise to develop versatile new products.

Where does our brand “Weigla” come from?

It is comprised of Weinhold "Wei" and Gläser "gla." The "Weigla" brand represents the designs of Mr. Weinhold and Mr. Gläser. Thus, the new business idea was born: the production of candle arches/light arches or acrylic glass lamps combined with beautifully shaped wood and timeless motifs for year-round use. Of course, the Günter Gläser company doesn't neglect its old traditions, designing and producing candle arches under the "Weigla" brand name in both traditional and modern designs.
